Here's how you place your orders:

^Browse through our items.
^Note down the details of the items you decide to purchase.
^Fill up ~MerC~ order form, submit & await our reply (within 48hours).
^Payment will be advised once your order is acknowledged.
^Make your payment within 48hours' upon acknowledgment of your purchase. ONLY upon receipt of payment will the order then be processed.


Terms & Conditions:

^Buyer should accept a 2 to 3cm discrepancy in measurements, as well as slight colour difference due to different monitor's resolution.
^Goods sold are NOT refundable nor exchangeable.
^No trading of items.
^No changing of order & no backing out once orders are being acknowledged by ~MerC~.
^~MerC~ DressLab has the right to amend T&Cs at any point of time.
^DressLab item goes to whoever makes full payment first.


Prices:

^Prices are priced in Singapore $ (SGD).
^No full payment made by buyer within 48hours' = No order
^Refund will be made accordingly for out of stock item.
^Prices do not include delivery charges.


Postage:

^Postage price on order form is based on one time postage.
^Normal mail is $2.50 for first item & Additional $1.00 for subsequent item.
^Registered mail is $5.50 for first item & Additional $0.50 for subsequent item
^Pls email us for international shipping rates.


Payment Details:

^Payment to be made according to buyer's choice in ~MerC~ Order Form
^Payment is to be made within 48 hours' after confirmation of purchase, or order will be considered invalid.



Note:

^Our responsibility ends at the point of time when we have sent your item out.
^We will not hold any responsibility for any item(s) lost or damaged during postal transit, regardless via normal or registered mail.
^Strictly NO MEET UPS.
